"As is" availability of the Site
The Site, and all the content, materials, information, software, products and services provided on the Site, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WSI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Clause 03
Changes to content
The content and the projects described or depicted on the Site are subject to change without notice. Copyright may exist on any future materials. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of such materials would be contrary to applicable copyright laws.
Clause 04

WSI assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer, equipment, or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing of the Site, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site.
Clause 05
Intellectual property
Materials displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, WSI. The use of these materials by you or anyone authorized by you is prohibited unless expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions or by express written permission obtained from WSI. Any unauthorized use of the images or content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, and the laws of privacy and publicity.
Clause 06
Third-party sites
WSI is not responsible for the content of any other site linked to or from the Site. Your linking to any other site is entirely at your own risk. While WSI may provide links on the Site to other sites, the inclusion of such links is solely for your convenience and should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the owner or sponsor of the site or the content on such sites. WSI disclaims all warranties, express and implied, as to the accuracy, validity, legality, or otherwise of any materials or information contained on such external sites.
Clause 07
User conduct
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable law.
Clause 08
Revisions to these Terms
WSI may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this page. Since you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, you are advised to visit this page regularly to review any revisions that may have been made.
Clause 09
Services and engagement
Any professional services that WSI provides (including but not limited to software development, design, consulting, staff augmentation, and managed services) are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement entered into between WSI and the client (“Service Agreement”).
In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail with respect to the engagement it governs. Browsing the Site or requesting a quote does not, by itself, create a Service Agreement.
Clause 10
Confidentiality
Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information disclosed to it by the other party in connection with the use of the Site or any engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, technical information, financial information, source code, customer data, and pricing. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party or used for any purpose other than the performance of an engagement, except as required by law. The obligation of confidentiality under this clause shall survive termination of any engagement for a period of three (3) years.
Clause 11
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government action, labor disputes, failure of the internet, telecommunications failures, or extended power outages. The affected party shall notify the other party promptly of any such event and shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
Clause 12
Termination of access
WSI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that WSI reasonably considers harmful to the Site, its users, or its legitimate business interests. Termination of access does not limit WSI's right to seek any other remedies available under applicable law.
Clause 13
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, you agree that the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
