    1-3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or related field,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,Strong negotiation and closing abilities,Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them to clients,Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset,Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus,Good knowledge of IT services and solutions,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Willingness to travel as needed
